Even if you are slim you can still benefit from toning and firming. Combat against the natural forces of gravity working against us which increase with age. Body weight is an outdated and inaccurate way of measuring weight loss since for some individuals weight may not necessarily change over time instead and more importantly fat mass can be changed to fat free mass (muscle tone) - this won’t be detected on a regular set of bathroom scales, but will show up on my Tanita BIA (Bioelectrical Imepdiance Analyzer 300) regular measurements over time will show a positive shift in body composition.
The BIA technique is based on the law of biomechanics which proves that muscle tissue has a higher water and electrolyte percentage than fat, enabling an electrical impulse (BIA) to pass more readily through it thus providing an excellent electronic pathway -
fat mass impedes the signal.

My Tanita BIA, records and prints out data for:

> BMI Body Mass Index which relates to obesity related risk diseases
> BMR Basal metabolic rate (how many calories per day you burn)
> Healthy ranges of target body fat correlated to age
> Desired BF and how much body fat weight you need to loose or gain in order to be
within your desired weight or body composition status
