The programme I design for you will be customized to your personal requirements, goals and preferences. The training is not limited to a specific location. Workouts can be outside; at the beach or in the park, in your home or at the gym - whenever or wherever is most convenient for you.

Improving muscle tone and fitness levels delays the onset of aging. Our training will increase your metabolism, prevent osteoporosis, sculpt and rejuvenate your figure and improve your overall well being. Creating a more youthful you!

Using weights, balls and bands we can target your core muscles and sculpt and define your torso.

Endurance training combines cardio vascular activities like:

Functional training to improve your strength and energy levels for daily living. The session is completed with a series of stretches to increase flexibility, helps avoid the Delayed Onset of Muscle Soreness (DOMS) commonly associated with working out, and improves Range Of Motion (ROM), thus keeping us supple.

I use the latest in technology for body composition analysis, the "Tanita bioelectrical Imepdiance analyzer 300". This is the most advanced technology in monitoring weight and body mass changes. It records and prints out information like the percentage of fat mass and fat free mass (muscle). It works out ideal body weight and the amount of body fat required to lose in order to stay within healthy body fat ranges.
I also travel with:

> Bosu ball, stability ball, medicine ball

> Resistance Bands
