LOSING WEIGHT , STARTING EXERCISE ...DAUNTING ?

Starting anything new can be daunting …. You are in an unhappy place - but change comes with compromise , after all change entails altering behaviours and habits …many of them comfort habits ( and yes - it is these very idiosyncrasies which undermine our long term happiness ) …..and then underneath it all you doubt yourself ….can you do it ? Can you really do it ?


Well what have you got to lose ??? Even if you do not succeed 100% - will you be better off than you are now ? At least you will have tried right ? And that’s better than not trying at all right ?


My question would be - what makes you so special ? What makes you soooooo different to all the other people who tried ? You don’t think they thought what you are now thinking ? !!!!


You think you are the ONLY person in the world that feels this way ?????


That somehow YOUR own special circumstances are different ????


Well I have news for you …. They are not - and you are not unique - well not in that way anyway.


Whether its my 100% online transformation programme or in person personal training - you will get results - IF you follow the plan


What does this mean ?


It means if you do NOT stick to the nutrition you will not get the results you are looking for

If you you do NOT commit to training CONSISTENTLY you will not get the results you are looking for


BUT- IF YOU START YOU WILL GET RESULTS regardless …. Let me say this again IF YOU DO NOTHING - NOTHING CHANGES….. so DOING SOMETHING IS ALWAYS BETTER THAN DOING NOTHING


Every person that started with me started with the same problem.


I am not happy, I am carrying too much weight and I want to change.
